Jim McJunkin

Jim McJunkin has been making photographs for almost 50 years. His brief formal training was more concerned with drawing, painting and design, but a creative desire and lack of discipline eventually led to a stint in the US Army and a job as a still photographer.

Jim has been involved in a number of art and photography shows around the country, including Laguna Gloria Art Museum and Mexicarte Museum in Austin Texas. He also has work in the permanent collection at the National Vietnam Veterans Art Museum in Chicago Illinois.

Jim, his wife Beth and dog Lily currently live in Wimberley Texas.
